Tower Café, Fireplace Lounge, and Waterview Deck
The Kiezebrink family designed this exclusive 7200 square foot estate for you to have a top class experience. When you arrive, relax in the Fireplace Lounge, an open concept main floor with wireless internet. Luxuriate in ornate leather furniture with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking water. Breathe a sigh of contentment as you gaze at the lobby trimmed in Tillsonburg dark hickory wood floors, Spanish marble, corbels, pillars with capitals, and Savoy House tortoise shell stained chandelier…your holiday has begun! Barbeque up to 60 hamburgers at once, and then enjoy the inn's beautiful grounds and gardens, have a paddle in the pond (if request in advance of booking for canoe or paddleboat to be prepared), then relax in your suite's air-jet tub (depending on the suite)... watch as the colors fade across the sky and night descends as fire flies blink into the night. The next morning, enjoy your solitude, or meet a friend, your family or colleagues.

What to do at the Inn!
Board and Games Room
The Board and Games Room make it simple to have a central location for groups to play games, have a formal dinner, host a bridal shower or simply watch movies. A Sony home theatre system, 46” flatscreen LCD TV and DVD player, housed in an entertainment centre with fireplace, and large board room chairs all behind French doors, make this a comfortable private spot! Pick from the Inn movie library or visit local Port Perry boutique shops and bring back snacks, wine and chocolate!

Pond, Gardens, and more…
Enjoy just sitting and reading on the many porches, balconies and decks, or stroll along the outdoor fountains, pathways, gardens, and stone stairs. The spring fed pond is great for ice skating in winter, swimming in summer, kid-fishing, canoeing, or paddle-boating (if requested in advance). Be prepared to see the occasional deer, blue heron, wild turkey, otter or other wildlife on the estate property.

Please note: Nestleton Waters Inn guests must not walk, or take photographs on Beacock Road other than in front of inn or around our stunning 93 acre property and fields. We have the privilege of a breathtaking rural location however our neighbors deserve their private secluded life also. Should any Nestleton guests wish a farm tour or farm photography experience,  please request from the office and it would be our pleasure to advise you of any nearby options and to make the special permissions and arrangements required! Although NWI cannot accommodate guests with pets overnight, if a guest is bringing a pet for a special brief occasion (i.e. a tour), please advise NWI in advance so the Kiezebrink family can make arrangements for their private pets' safety, as well dogs must remain on leash and on property while at NWI until departure. Enjoy!
