Nestleton Waters Inn is a “turn-key” venue providing everything for your wedding from favours and photography to honeymoon and hors d’oeuvres (except for items/services you already have and don’t wish to include)! Or you can book a basic package and add items A La' Carte!  Complete the following steps and then request a quote!


1.   Complete Ballpark Budget Planner:
Because we don’t have set packages but provide you with a complete personalized one, you’ll need to establish your budget first. Calculate a rough ballpark budget figure for your entire wedding for us to create your quote from. Note: pricing following is not NWI pricing but industry wide averages. If you don’t like the figure you end up with, decide before contacting us where you’re willing to compromise (i.e. guest numbers, save $1000 by booking on a Friday, $2000 by booking on a Sunday, limiting decor etc.). Many of our vendors have given us significantly better pricing so that will help.

ACCOMMODATIONS: We can accommodate up to 20 people at the Inn, as well attached is a PDF of alternate accommodation choices. The NEW Bowmanville Holiday Inn Express (with continental breakfast, pool, gym, pet friendly, jacuzzi suites) has a special rate just for our guests! Be sure to mention Nestleton Waters Inn when you call! 
BUDGETS: We can accommodate weddings from up to 200 and many budgets.
CATERERS: For your convenience we have several preferred caterers, who provide all rentals and staffing inclusive, and who’ve a proven track record with us!
DISCOUNT VOUCHER: When you check in ask for a discount voucher you and your guests can use while in Port Perry for area merchants, shopping, lingerie, restaurants, jewellery, clothes, household items, attractions and more. Note: must be authorized and dated by NWI staff when you arrive to be valid.
INSIDE INN WEDDINGS: We are open year round for seated weddings with up to 50 or cocktail menus up to 60 guests inside the Inn. Your ceremony can take place in the Inn Octagonal Lounge or with a Backdrop in the marble foyer, or on the covered terrace overlooking the water.
OUTSIDE TENTED WEDDINGS: In the summer (mid-May to mid-October) our “island” tented reception site with a stone piazza floor and a level walkway from the ceremony site, can accommodate up to 200 guests under a white tent with French Window-Pane Sidewalls. We have an RV washroom trailer with flush toilets, sink vanities and light switches. The beautiful waterfront lower lawn ceremony site with a hand-forged white wrought iron arbour, you approach through an arched breezeway, down a set of large stone stairs. The path to the tented reception is lit with lamplight and tiki torches.
PARKING: We have a 20 car parking lot at the front of the Inn and a second 70 car parking lot near the upper field ceremony site. There is also parking on one side of the Inn's roadway. Do you have some elderly guests? Let us know if we can chauffeur them in our limousine golf cart.
PREFERRED PRICING: Choosing a Friday ($1000 discount), Sunday ($2000 discount) or off-season (late October to mid-May $3000 discount) wedding will ensure you maximize your budget! Each season there are new promotions also! In addition, we have a range of vendors selected for a variety of presentations and pricing to help us create just the right fit for you.
SPA:  Let us know if you wish to book an RMT or pedicure or manicure during your stay at the Inn!
WEDDING COORDINATION: Claudia Kent, WPICC is our Wedding Coordination Manager. Depending on the size of your wedding you will likely have 40-60+ people who will be involved with your wedding from start to finish. Although NWI bridal couples are the bosses, Claudia (and in some cases a Lead Coordinator) will be there to facilitate and see carried out your wishes (as much as is possible) by all those vendors, and in addition there’ll be one or more Wedding Coordinator Assistants supporting you as well! We are so excited to help you have a luxurious stress free day, so we want to look after the work! ;)

AMPLE 50 GUEST INSIDE INN RECEPTION PACKAGE - $13,129+tax (+$960 gratuity) 愛しています” (Japanese for “I Love You!”)
Date: Inside Inn Offseason (sometime during mid-October to mid-May). Add $2000 to book on a Friday or $3000 to book on a Saturday prime season.

      Accommodation Included: for 6 people in 3 suites (select your own luxurious honeymoon suite, and have a suite for the guys and a suite for the girls to get ready in, with 2 couples staying overnight in these suites), includes amenities like air-jet tub for two, fireplace, LCD TV, DVD, etc. with 3 course brunch the next morning (can add more accommodation if required)

Eco-Friendly Water Station Included: comes with choice of fresh cucumber, lemon, lime or strawberry water enfused ice water presented in an elegant self-serve glass urn with silver spigot, first at the ceremony site (only if outdoors at NWI, not available for offsite ceremony locations) and later inside the reception site (whether inside inn or tented)! Container refilled as required until around 11pm. Also included are cocktail napkins and safety conscious plastic glassware.  

Bridal Party & Family Florals Included:  Full Bridal Bouquet with 24-30 blooms (i.e. solid or combinations of: Roses, Fuji Mums, Gerber Daisies, Mini Carnations, Freesia, Tulips, Orchids, other) with accent Crystals in our choice of color and our choice of greenery and handle (you can actually bring dress hem material for a matched handle wrap). (Anything we wish that's more than what's budgeted we will be given a price and we can decide if we wish that or not.) Groom's Boutineer with a single bloom (i.e. Roses, Mini Cuimbidiums, Callalillys, Carnations, Dendrenbioum) accompanied by Bear Grass and Wax Flower complete in a black wrap to match the tux or other color of choice. 3 Groomsmen, Emcee, and 2 Parents Boutineers, 2 Parents Corsages with a single to triple bloom(s) (i.e. Roses, Mini Cuimbidiums, Callalillys, Carnations, Dendrenbioum) accompanied by Bear Grass and Wax Flower complete in a black ribbon and wrap to match color of choice. 3 Bridesmaid's Bouquets would include 12-15 blooms  (i.e. solid or combinations of: Roses, Fuji Mums, Gerber Daisies, Mini Carnations, Freesia, Tulips, Orchids, other) with curling bear grass in our choice of color with our choice of greenery and type of handle. Limosine Golf Cart Shuttle Service Included: guests are picked up in overflow parking lot with a limosine golf cart shuttle service and chauffeured to through the Inn gates, around the circular fountain to the ceremony site by the arched breezeway.

White Horse-Drawn Carriage (can be added for $699): guests are picked up in overflow parking lot with a horse-drawn carriage and driven to Inn gates. After ceremony, bride and groom can have photos with horse-drawn carriage, after which guests can continue to take rides (3 hours of carriage service provided) while bridal couple are taking photos.

Waterfront Lawn Ceremony with Minister Included:  under White Hand-Forged Wrought Iron Arbour with accent Florals or with inclement weather, in NWI marble floor foyer with white crystal screen backdrop with guests viewing from reception tables. Local pastor provided for traditional Christian wedding ceremony, who will also assist you with ceremony planning, and vow selection. Included for your ceremony are:
- chairs set up/take down
- waterfront lawn site with 12 foot white hand-forged wrought iron arbour and two large Grecian urns with white on white florals on either side, and optional space for additional florals in the arbour
- water has a large fountain and forest surrounding
- hydro for DJ and DJ table provided
- accessible via breezeway past front fountain of Inn.

Bombonieres (Wedding Guest Favors) Included: NWI will have baby Spruce Trees for each couple or family who attend our wedding to plant, as a symbol of the love that is grown in our hearts and to represent that love brings life to all of us! Each baby spruce is wrapped in a burlap sac with our choice of ribbon color around it. There's a tag on each tree that reads something like: "PLANT A MEMORY! When you receive your baby spruce leave it in the packaging until you are ready to plant (no more than 5 days after receiving it). Place it in a small pot or garden in a sunny location, watering it once a week. Leave it for one or two years before transplanting it to a larger growing area. As the years pass the tree will mature and take root, much like the love between the two of us! Thanks for sharing our special day, and may your seedling grow strong and endure! (Name of Bride and Groom. Date of Wedding)"
Inn Reception (up to 50 included in package) Included: arrival through arched mohogany doors across small marble foyer, to open concept hall with hardwood floors, pillars, capitals, corbels, fireplace, wrap-around balcony sparkling with white mini-lights overlooking water with fountain and forest where guests can dance later when the Inn lights tiki torches against the starry night sky. Our guests can enjoy cocktails, watch from the balcony (with bistro seating) while the bridal party take photos, then enter the banquet hall for the reception. A small DJ booth, galley kitchen for bartenders to serve from, adjacent boardroom for buffet, appetizer, dessert or late night service, and guest tables.
Also included are: a round cake table, padded banquet chairs, high back leather padded chairs for the head table, front closet and secondary closet for any coats or wraps.
Linens Included: floor length damask or matte linen tablecloths, chair covers, organza sashes and napkins in our choice of color.
Party Tray Hors D’Oeuvres (can be added $6/person): a choice of 3 party platters and non alcoholic punch. Choose from items like:   

Antipasto Tray - A selection of marinated olives, artichoke hearts & mushrooms, grilled eggplant, zucchini and peppers, Genoa wrapped chevre, provolone cheese, bocconcini cheese marinated in fresh basil and balsamic pesto, pickled vegetables, Bastoni bread

Garden Vegetables with duo of dips - A generous selection of garden fresh vegetables heaped in a rustic basket

All items in 50 Guest Package Included with the Following Additions/Changes: 
- Island Tented Wedding Prime Season (mid-May to mid-Oct) on a Sunday. Add $1000 to book on a Friday or $2000 to book on a Saturday.
Outdoor RV Washroom Facilities: with flush toilets, hydro, sinks, mirrors etc. (Bridal party use suite washrooms inside inn)
Decor: now has white padded garden chairs, ceiling draping with mini-lights, chandeliers, LED spotlighting in your choice of color, as well as Trees, and white Orchid and Hydrangea Head Table Accent Florals.
Island Tented Reception includes:
- stone pathway past waterfront lawn ceremony site, around water, trees, black lamp posts, (and tiki torches at night)
- over a small bridge, onto a forested “island”, past a small kitchen tent beside a stream, to white tent with French window pane sidewalls, sits on stone piazza floor (perfect for dancing) with white fenced patio (has a fenced patio with patio furniture open to the bar and lounge) overlooking fountain. - GUEST TABLE STYLE: round guest tables
