Nestleton Waters Inn is a “turn-key” venue providing everything for your wedding from favours and photography to honeymoon and hors d’oeuvres (except for items/services you already have and don’t wish to include)! Complete the following steps and then request a quote!
1. Complete Ballpark Budget Planner:
Because we don’t have set packages but provide you with a complete personalized one, you’ll need to establish your budget first. Calculate a rough ballpark budget figure for your entire wedding for us to create your quote from. Note: pricing below is not NWI pricing but industry wide averages. If you don’t like the figure you end up with, decide before contacting us where you’re willing to compromise (i.e. guest numbers, save $1000 by booking on a Friday, $2000 by booking on a Sunday, bringing own alcohol etc.). Many of our vendors have given us significantly better pricing so that will help.

4. Review General Information
ACCOMMODATIONS: We can accommodate up to 22 people at the Inn, as well attached are 11 pages of accommodation. The NEW Bowmanville Holiday Inn Express (with continental breakfast, pool, gym, pet friendly, jacuzzi suites) has a special rate just for our guests! Be sure to mention Nestleton Waters Inn when you call!
BUDGETS: We can accommodate weddings from 2-240 guests and many budgets.
CATERERS: Only under certain circumstances do we permit people to use their own caterers. This will involve fees due to liability concerns as well as the challenge of bringing in staffing and doing food prep on an “island” and renting your own dishes, cutlery etc. For your convenience we have several preferred caterers for whom no fee or extra paperwork is required, who provide all rentals and staffing inclusive, and who’ve a proven track record with us!
DISCOUNT VOUCHER: When you check in you will be given a discount voucher you and your guests can use while in Port Perry for area merchants, shopping, lingerie, restaurants, jewellery, clothes, household items, attractions and more. Note: must be authorized and dated by NWI staff when you arrive to be valid.
INSIDE INN WEDDINGS: We are open year round for seated weddings with up to 50 or interactive menus up to 60 guests inside the Inn. Your ceremony can take place by the Inn fireplace, in the marble foyer, or on the covered deck overlooking the water.
OUTSIDE TENTED WEDDINGS: In the summer (late May to mid-October) our island tented reception site with a stone piazza floor and a level walkway from the ceremony site, can accommodate up to 240 guests under a white Cathedral Pole Tent with French Window-Pane Sidewalls. We have an RV washroom trailer with flush toilets, sink vanities and light switches. The beautiful waterfront lower lawn ceremony site with a hand-forged white wrought iron arbour, you approach through an arched breezeway, down a set of large stone stairs. The path to the tented reception is lit with lamplight and tiki torches.
PARKING: We have a 20 car parking lot at the front of the Inn and a second 70 car parking lot near the upper field ceremony site. There is also parking on one side of the Inn's roadway. Do you have some elderly guests? Let us know if we can chauffeur them in our limousine golf cart.
PREFERRED PRICING: Choosing a Friday, Sunday or off-season (late October to mid-May) wedding will ensure you maximize your budget! Each season there are new promotions also! In addition, we have a range of vendors selected for a variety of presentations and pricing to help us create just the right fit for you.

Date: Inside Inn Offseason (sometime during mid-October to mid-May) or on a Sunday anytime. Add $1000 to book on a Friday or $2000 to book on a Saturday prime season.
Accommodation: for 6 people in 3 suites (one is for guys and the other girls, to get ready in, and then 2 couples can stay the night, one is luxurious honeymoon suite with air-jet tub for two, fireplace, LCD TV, DVD, view of water, hot tub, hardwood floors, therapeutic pillowtop mattress, ornate furniture etc.) with 3 course brunch the next morning (can add more accommodation)
Wedding Coordination: from day of booking through wedding day
Finishing Touch Package: loaned items: Small loaned floral centerpieces to grace our guest tables, we choose from different name place card holders to complete each guest place setting, elegant silver candelabras (depending on floor plan selected), use of silver gallery trays, silver wine rests, silver 3 tiered Cupcake Stand, our choice of Wedding Cake Stand (determined by your bottom layer diameter), Ice Bucket and tongs, brown lanterns with pillar candle for lower lawn lounging (6), choice of license signing pen, choice of ring bearer pillow, choose from different votive candle holders and t-light or votive candles, brass easel for our seating chart, black wrought iron table easel for our engagement photo or smaller seating chart, choice of reception card holder, glass hanging candle holders for arbor ceremony or from shepherd's hooks (that we provide), 2 Reserved signs for our onsite ceremony, silver Cake Cutting Set, vases for bridal and attendant bouquets for head table, table numbers and holders.
Water Splash Beverage Station: For Guests' Pre-Ceremony Refreshment Included: ice water in a self-serve glass dispenser with silver spigot and our choice of cucumber or lemon or orange slices, or our berry choice (i.e. cranberry or blackberry)!
Bridal Party & Family Florals: Full Bridal Bouquet with 24-30 blooms (i.e. solid or combinations of: Roses, Fuji Mums, Gerber Daisies, Mini Carnations, Freesia, Tulips, Orchids, other) with accent Crystals in our choice of color and our choice of greenery and handle (you can actually bring dress hem material for a matched handle wrap). (Anything we wish that's more than what's budgeted we will be given a price and we can decide if we wish that or not.) Limosine Golf Cart Shuttle Service Included: guests are picked up in overflow parking lot with a limosine golf cart shuttle service and chauffeured to through the Inn gates, around the circular fountain to the ceremony site by the arched breezeway.
Horse Drawn Carriage Included: guests are picked up in overflow parking lot with a horse-drawn carriage and driven through gates, around circular fountain to be dropped off at arched breezeway. Bride will arrive with her father in horse-drawn carriage through breezeway to be let off at ceremony site and to walk down the aisle! After ceremony, bride and groom (we can provide a "Just Married" sign to hang on back of carriage), can have photos with horse-drawn carriage, after which guests can continue to take rides for a couple hours (3 hours of carriage service provided).
Ceremony Location: NWI Waterfront under White Hand-Forged Wrought Iron Arbour with accent Hydrangea Florals or with inclement weather, inside White Cathedral Pole Tent with French Window Pane Sidewalls on Dance Floor with accent Orchid Florals and Guests looking on from Reception Tables OR NWI Fireplace in Waterfront Lounge with Guests viewing from Reception Tables
Ceremony Included: local pastor provided for traditional Christian wedding ceremony, who will also assist us with ceremony planning, and vow selection. Included for our ceremony are:
- chairs set up/take down
- waterfront lawn site with 12 foot white hand-forged wrought iron arbour and two large Grecian urns with white on white florals on either side, and optional space for additional florals in the arbour
- water has a large fountain and forest surrounding
- hydro for DJ and DJ table provided
- accessible via breezeway past front fountain of Inn (single horse-drawn carriage can fit under breezeway)
- small reception table for guest book and programs in breezeway.
Bombonieres (Wedding Guest Favors) Included: NWI will have baby Spruce Trees for each couple or family who attend our wedding to plant, as a symbol of the love that is grown in our hearts and to represent that love brings life to all of us! Each baby spruce is wrapped in a burlap sac with our choice of ribbon color around it. There's a tag on each tree that reads something like: "PLANT A MEMORY! When you receive your baby spruce leave it in the packaging until you are ready to plant (no more than 5 days after receiving it). Place it in a small pot or garden in a sunny location, watering it once a week. Leave it for one or two years before transplanting it to a larger growing area. As the years pass the tree will mature and take root, much like the love between the two of us! Thanks for sharing our special day, and may your seedling grow strong and endure! (Name of Bride and Groom. Date of Wedding)"
Inn Reception (up to 50 included in package) includes: arrival through arched mohogany doors across small marble foyer, to open concept hall with hardwood floors, pillars, capitals, corbels, fireplace, wrap-around balcony sparkling with white mini-lights overlooking water with fountain and forest where guests can dance later when the Inn lights tiki torches against the starry night sky. Our guests can enjoy cocktails on the balcony with bistro seating and watch the bridal party taking photos, then enter the banquet hall for the reception. A small DJ booth, galley kitchen for bartenders to serve from, adjacent boardroom for wedding coordinator to store supplies and look after decor for our wedding, and tables. CEREMONY LOCATION IF WEATHER INCLEMENT: by fireplace after bride enters banquet hall down large oak staircase.
Linens Included: we get floor length SPECIALTY tablecloths and napkins, chair covers and sashes in our choice of color.
PREMIUM PLATED MEAL WITH PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES:
includes 8-hour service, table setting with Royal Doulton china and cutlery, wine glasses and water goblets.
Butler Passed Hors d’oeuvres for one hour - Choose three: Smoked salmon pinwheel, Bruschetta, Chicken satay, Beef satay, Vegetarian spring rolls, Curry puff, Baked brie and apple, or Veggies and dip.
Apetizer - our choice of soup or salad or Antipasto (i.e. Roasted butternut squash soup with a hint of maple syrup, Warm hazelnut crusted goat cheese on organic greens with sherry vinaigrette, Organic greens with balsamic vinaigrette, Pasta salad with pesto olive oil and grilled vegetables, Greek Salad, or Five beans salad), Antipasto platter: Grilled egg plant, zucchini, roasted pepper, olives, prosciutto, portobello mushrooms, bocconcini and pecorino cheese served with Ace bakery dinner rolls and butter

Wedding Cake Included: Our wedding cake will include our choice cake, filling, color, decor, delivery and presentation on a silver display stand!
Late Night Coffee & Cake-Cutting Service Included: Prepare coffee and tea for guests, supply staff to cut and serve our wedding cake. Glass plates, Coffee cups, teaspoons and forks, cocktail napkins, and coffee condiments are included.
Our Bar Includes: 8 hours of Smart Serve certified bartending and ice delivery (no corkage fee is charged). We bring our own mixes, juice, pop, lemons, plastic glasses, alcohol of choice as well as a drink menu for our guests. We also provide an advanced copy (one month before wedding) of the Special Occasion Permit (costs $25, Inn can provide paperwork) this way no one is making money off our alcohol and we control what the drink menu is and how much people drink. We must also ensure SOP and receipts of alcohol purchase are provided to bartenders in the event of an LCBO inspection.
DJ PKG Included: we receive 8 hours of award winning service. FREE Pre-Wedding In Person Consultation With our DJ Finalize Wedding Details. We get an Online Reception Planning Area (planning form, music requests, guests requests and more…), advanced meeting with DJ, professional insured company with 8 in-house DJs so if ours is ill we will have access to another. They are equipped with a 30,000 Digital Song Music Library including many ethnic types for our special touches. Our DJ will be dressed in appropriate Wedding Attire, provide FREE Setup Prior to Guests Arrival with: a portable sound system with wireless handheld mic for the ceremony and/or speeches at the reception, another sound system for reception site for seamless music backdrop for ceremony, cocktails, dinner music and dancing and two lighting effects. Basic Emcee Duties will be performed ( introductions, cake cutting, formal dances, bouquet & garter, including a kissing and centrepiece game if desired). Requests Always Welcome (online and at reception). Our requests or those of our guests will be accepted baring any guidelines we've given the DJ.
