More than a Venue; get a full Wedding Package!
Nestleton Waters Inn is a “turn-key” venue providing everything for your wedding from favours and photography to honeymoon and hors d’oeuvres (except for items/services you already have and don’t wish to include)! Or you can book a basic package and add items A La' Carte!  Complete the following steps and then request a quote!

 

       1.   Complete Ballpark Budget Planner:
Because we don’t have set packages but provide you with a complete personalized one, you’ll need to establish your budget first. Calculate a rough ballpark budget figure for your entire wedding for us to create your quote from. Note: pricing following is not NWI pricing but industry wide averages. If you don’t like the figure you end up with, decide before contacting us where you’re willing to compromise (i.e. guest numbers, save $1000 by booking on a Friday, $2000 by booking on a Sunday, limiting decor etc.). Many of our vendors have given us significantly better pricing so that will help. Our Goal: NWI will try to get you a complete wedding package that fits your total budget!

Reception Late Night:  $12/person, add 15% gratuity
Tent Rental: think tent, kitchen tent, tables, chairs, outdoor washroom rental, bar, glassware, lighting?
Venue Rental: often incorporated with reception meal, but can be priced separately

Wedding Cake: think of cake topper also $500+?
Wedding Coordinator: calculate budget total and add 10% to obtain fee?
Videographer: $3500?
Other? (Harpist, other live musicians, staging, release doves, parking costs, rent a bus to transport guests after reception to hotel, invitations, marriage license purchase, wedding rings, dress, tux purchase...)
Add 13% HST to this total

 

       2.   Review Menus
Do you prefer: interactive food stations (for inn up to 60, for marquis up to 140 guests), plated (for inn up to 50, for marquis up to 200 guests), buffet (for inn weddings up to 50, for marquis weddings only up to 140 guests), bbq (for inn up to 50 guests, for marquis up to 140 guests), or family platter style (for inn up to 50 guests, for marquis up to 180 guests)?
 

3.   Review General Information
ACCOMMODATIONS: We can accommodate up to 10 couples (10 suites) at the Inn, as well attached is a PDF of alternate accommodation choices. The Bowmanville Holiday Inn Express (with continental breakfast, pool, gym, pet friendly, jacuzzi suites) has a special rate just for our guests! Be sure to mention Nestleton Waters Inn when you call! 
BUDGETS: We can accommodate weddings from up to 200 and many budgets.
CATERERS: For your convenience we have several preferred caterers, who provide all rentals and staffing inclusive, and who’ve a proven track record with us!
DISCOUNT VOUCHER: When you check in ask for a discount voucher you and your guests can use while in Port Perry for area merchants, shopping, lingerie, restaurants, jewellery, clothes, household items, attractions and more. Note: must be authorized and dated by NWI staff when you arrive to be valid.
INSIDE INN WEDDINGS: We are open year round for seated weddings with up to 50 or interactive menus up to 60 guests inside the Inn. Your ceremony can take place in the Inn Octagonal Lounge or with a Backdrop in the marble foyer, or on the covered terrace overlooking the water.
OUTSIDE TENTED WEDDINGS: In the summer (mid-May to mid-October) our “island” marquis reception site with a stone piazza floor and a level walkway from the ceremony site, can accommodate up to 200 guests under a white tent with French Window-Pane Sidewalls. We have an RV washroom trailer with flush toilets, sink vanities and light switches. The beautiful waterfront lower lawn ceremony site with a hand-forged white wrought iron arbour, you approach through an arched breezeway, down a set of large stone stairs. The path to the tented reception is lit with lamplight.
PARKING: We have a 20 car parking lot at the front of the Inn and a second 70 car parking lot near the upper field ceremony site. There is also parking on one side of the Inn's roadway. Do you have some elderly guests? Let us know if we can chauffeur them in our limousine golf cart.
PREFERRED PRICING: Choosing a Friday ($1000 discount), Sunday ($2000 discount) or off-season (late October to mid-May $3000 discount) wedding will ensure you maximize your budget! Each season there are new promotions also! In addition, we have a range of vendors selected for a variety of presentations and pricing to help us create just the right fit for you.
SPA:  Let us know if you wish to book an RMT during your stay at the Inn!
WEDDING COORDINATION: Claudia Kent, WPICC is our Wedding Coordination Manager. Depending on the size of your wedding you will likely have 40-60+ people who will be involved with your wedding from start to finish. Although NWI bridal couples are the bosses, Claudia (and in some cases a Lead Coordinator) will be there to facilitate and see carried out your wishes (as much as is possible) by all those vendors, and in addition there’ll be one or more Wedding Coordinator Assistants supporting you as well! We are so excited to help you have a luxurious stress free day, so we want to look after the work! ;)
