For Island Tented Receptions:
NEW IN 2011! We now have an elegant new larger tent being installed just in time for 2011 weddings! This tent will have an awning at the entrance so when the bridal party is being announced, they are protected. Plans are in place to have an improved bar and hopefully small lounge area to the far right overlooking the water and fountain, as well as the outdoor expanded cocktail area. Our switch from a pole to a frame tent wil allow more seating in the centre, and most importantly, enhance the wedding reception experience both inside and out with the elimination of straps! To the far left side a new optional indoor ceremony site and dance area complete with a new waterside view (a tree was moved and the stone floor of the tent enlarged to expand and create visual access to the water on the left).  NEW FLOOR PLAN!

The icing on the cake is that every one of our tented couples will be receiving our beautiful ceiling "poufed" treatment and our elegant chandeliers (subject to the final installation date of our new tent). We hope you are as thrilled as we are that your wedding will be enriched in elegance and romance. We have attached an initial floor plan to give you an idea of the new tent layout inside. We hope to have an open house in the spring, and tours can be scheduled throughtout 2011 until November by calling the office!

Note: Due to scheduling, delivery times and other variables, if the largest wedding in a given weekend requires rectangular tables, any other weddings that weekend may need to use rectangular as well, although most of our weddings use round tables as shown in the attached floor plan. Please check with your wedding coordinator at booking.
