Note: The following selections are featured exclusively with Option One. INCLUDES: Choice of Three Gold Salads, Choice of Two Platter Presentations, Choice of Two Hot Vegetables, Choice of Two Hot Entrees, Gold Bread Choice, Coffee and Tea, and Dessert Buffet. *These are sample menus. Customizations or substitutions are available but may involve pricing increases. BBQ Menu requires a minimum of 100 guests.

BEEF CHOICES: Certified Angus Roast Top Sirloin served from Carving Station, Beef Bourguignon, Certified Angus Beef Tenderloin or Prime Rib (add $6.60/person) 
POULTRY CHOICES: Spicy South American Grilled Chicken Molee, Stuffed Chicken Supreme filled with Goat Cheese and oven cured tomatoes, East Indian Curry Chicken Vindaloo, Traditional Roast Turkey served with Bread, orange zest and fresh herbs stuffing and home made Cranberry Sauce, or Chicken a la King in white bechamel sauce with onion, mushroom and peppers.
FISH CHOICES: Terryaki or Maple Glazed Salmon, Poached Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass (add $3.30/person), Pan Fried Orange Roughy with a Brown Butter Sauce, or Blackened Orange Roughy or Catfish.
VEGETARIAN CHOICES: Vegetarian Lasagna: with Asiago and Mozzarella cheese, as well as zuchini, portobello mushrooms, peppers, and asparagus, with either Tomato or Bachemel sauce, Spinach Ricotta Cheese Canneloni, Vegetarian Napolean (gluten free): layered seasonal grilled vegetables and melted gourmet cheeses, or Eggplant Parmeasean.
