Chantel Customized Six Course Plate Package

The following plate style package is an example of a customized meal and includes pre-dinner Passed Hors d’Oeuvres, Late Night Coffee and Cake Cutting Service and premium Royal Doulton China. You are welcome to get a customized menu or to use one of our preset ones!  Also included with this menu are: Uniformed Servers and Kitchen Personnel, Cutlery, Water Goblet and Wine Glass, Catering Set Up/Clean Up. Menu is a sample only and can be customized. 

 

Pre Dinner Passed Hors d’Oeuvres – 1 Hour (Choose 3)

Smoked salmon pinwheel, Bruschetta, Chicken satay, Beef satay,
Vegetarian spring rolls, Curry puff, Baked brie and apple, Goat Cheese Tartlett, Veggies and dip.

First Course:
Arugula Salad with cherry tomatoes, roasted pears, Balsamic dressing and sprinkled with goat cheese. Served with Ace Bakery Dinner Rolls (whole grain, dark rye and multi grain) and butter. 

Second Course:
Uten Scallops (2 per person) atop mango salsa, on Frizee Salad.
Third Course:
Socially responsible line caught Chilean Sea Bass with a Fennel Coleslaw 
Fourth Course:
Green Tea and Champagne Sorbet 

Fifth Course:
4 oz Fillet Mignon and Single King Prawn, Golden Beets, Shaved Asparagus, Green Snap Peas, Roasted Purple Potatoes
Sixth Course:

Dessert is a rectangular plate with a single strawberry dipped in white chocolate and black salt,
also Creme Brulee, Chocolate Mousse Cake, as well as White Belgium Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Ice Cream.
All served with Fair Trade Coffee and Tea.
